1. Creates a friendly and welcoming environment by greeting and offering assistance to customers.
2. You are the face of the store to the customer, ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines.
3. Greets all customers and associates with a smile and a friendly "Hi!", assisting courteously and adhering to the Yes We Can policy to efficiently resolve customer questions and requests.
4. Consistently uses the 5-step GREAT program during customer interactions: Greets and Engages Customer, Requests Credit, Explains Savings, Asks to Complete the Survey, and Thanks the Customer.
5. Ability to learn and adapt to current technology to assist customer needs.
6. Delivers the highest level of customer service through effective problem solving.
7. Solicits, opens, and activates Kohl's Charge applications and loyalty programs.
8. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed according to policy and procedure.
9. Completes transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.
10. Flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
11. Adheres to Kohl's policies and procedures.
12. Maintains regular attendance.
