Job Overview

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative with Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, you will represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. You will work as part of a team to achieve personal and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing customer accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts, including outbound calling, community involvement, and brand promotion.
• Assist with store functions in compliance with company policies.
• Support store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist customers with service activations, bill payments, equipment replacements, and upgrades.
• Create a comfortable and straightforward customer experience.
• Engage in service selling and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual skills preferred in certain locations.
