A Merchandiser at ICS is the face of our company to our clients' customers. These Merchandisers will support Home Depot stores in their area. The role involves visual merchandising, unloading & stocking shipments of live goods, and customer relations at the location.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Comply with ICS company policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Execute merchandising standards at client locations
• Communicate daily with leadership regarding operational obstacles
• Advocate for watering standards to ensure the well-being of live goods
• Stock tables and displays with merchandise, keeping the garden center organized and planogram compliant
• Ensure proper signage is in place at all times
• Verify delivery orders are accurate and properly checked in
• Merchandise carts with up-to-date signage, ensuring they are easy to shop
• Support accurate inventory management
• Assist the team as needed
• Be eager to work and ready for challenges
• Basic knowledge of plants and gardening or a willingness to learn is helpful
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills
• Previous merchandising experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude is more important
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Complete tasks while maintaining order
• Work proactively without constant supervision
• Basic computer skills, including using smartphones/devices for daily tasks
• Weekend availability is highly desired
• Potential for additional hours during peak season
