MERCHANDISERS NEEDED- 1099- Independent Contractors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM- people like YOU!

This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. All our merchandisers are on an as-needed basis.

We are looking for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We seek well-rounded merchandisers with experience in all phases of merchandising, including but not limited to audits, building racks and displays, resets (shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as part of a team based on client needs is essential. Candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and capable of building strong store relationships.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all work offered in your area and work as a 1099 independent contractor. (Please research what a 1099 independent contractor entails before applying.)

PAY RATES VARY BY CLIENT CONTRACT- $15.00- $17.00 PER HOUR- PAY RATE VARIES BY CLIENT, NOT EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Must have an Android or iPhone
• Must know how to access Google via your phone
• Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives, and completing work on time
• Planograms: 1 year experience - ability to read and implement planograms
• Merchandising: 1 year experience
• Resets: 1 year experience
• Speak and read English
• Must have internet access
• Must have access to a printer when needed
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid, NON-expired Driver's License required
• Ability to transport supplies (POP/POS signage) as needed
• Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles) and outside the area if needed
• Flexible schedule
• Monitored daily email address
• Effective communication via email, phone, and text
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Demands:

• Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward, standing for long periods
• Lifting and transporting boxes up to 10 lbs
• Ability to move fixtures on wheels
• Read, understand, and follow instructions
