About the Role

If you like to work with plants, this job is for you! We offer very flexible schedules. A Merchandiser at ICS is the face of our company to our clients' customers, supporting Home Depot stores in your area. Responsibilities include visual merchandising, unloading & stocking shipments of live goods, and customer relations at the location.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Comply with ICS company policies and procedures
2. Maintain excellent client relationships
3. Execute merchandising standards at the client location
4. Communicate daily with leadership regarding operational obstacles
5. Advocate watering standards for the well-being of live goods
6. Stock tables and displays, keeping the garden center organized and planogram compliant
7. Ensure proper signage is in place at all times
8. Verify accuracy of delivery orders
9. Merchandise carts with up-to-date signage, ensuring they are easy to shop
10. Support inventory management
11. Support team needs and tasks
12. Work proactively and with enthusiasm
13. Basic knowledge of plants and gardening or a willingness to learn
14. Professionalism and strong communication skills
15. Experience in merchandising is a plus but attitude matters most
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks efficiently
17. Initiative to work independently at a challenging pace
18. Basic computer skills, including smartphone/device use
