As a Merchandiser at ICS, you will be the face of our company to our clients' customers. This role involves supporting Home Depot stores in your area, responsible for visual merchandising, unloading and stocking shipments of live goods, and customer relations at the location.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Comply with ICS company policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Execute merchandising standards at the client location
• Communicate daily with leadership about operational obstacles
• Advocate for watering standards to ensure the well-being of live goods
• Stock tables and displays, keeping the garden center organized and planogram compliant
• Ensure proper signage is always in place
• Check delivery orders for accuracy
• Merchandise carts with signage, making them easy to shop
• Support inventory standards
• Assist team members as needed
• Be eager to work and embrace challenges
• Having basic knowledge or interest in plants and gardening is helpful
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills
• Experience in merchandising is a plus, but attitude matters more
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Complete tasks while maintaining order
• Work proactively without constant oversight
• Use smartphones/devices daily for timekeeping
