The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers' standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager, with daily communication expected with the Territory Sales Lead.

What would you do in this role?

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Educate customers and store personnel on our client’s brands and product lines
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately, following instructions
• Maintain high-quality work to meet or exceed expectations
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and ensure compliance
• Know all company policies in detail
• Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and barriers to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager
• Use all functions of handheld devices proficiently
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of 35 lbs., and assistance for objects up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk during work
• Fine motor skills, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and mobility required
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, with travel possible
• Access to a computer, internet, printing, and email
• Customer service or sales experience preferred

Rate of Pay: $18.50
