Job summary

Full Life Care in Seattle's Beacon Hill area is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team. This SEIU-represented role offers an hourly rate of $29.00 to $36.57 DOE and opportunities to contribute to compassionate care for residents in a long‑term care setting.

As an LPN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage medications and charting, and support the well-being of our residents. Benefits include health coverage, 403(b), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred).
• Able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care to our residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The hourly rate for this position is $29.00 to $36.57 per hour DOE. This position is represented by SEIU.

Our Licensed Practical Nurses:

What you need to succeed!

• Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program
• Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing
• Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
• Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
• Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
