Job summary

LE0008 Full Life Care in Seattle is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Beacon Hill. Responsibilities include providing compassionate care and effective treatments to residents, while ensuring their comprehensive needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited LPN program, hold a valid LPN license, and possess excellent communication skills.

The position offers an hourly rate of $29.00 to $36.57 depending on experience, alongside benefits including medical and dental coverage, a retirement plan, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendars of events, and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record‑keeping is accurate and complete.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home (assisted living or long‑term care preferred, but not required).

• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of background check, drug screen; other pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
