Kelly Services is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for diverse roles across markets. You will attract, screen, and place candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair and effective assessments.

A strong emphasis on outbound sales, business development, and building client portfolios drives growth. The role requires experience in high-volume recruiting, excellent relationship-building, and robust CRM/documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high-volume, full cycle recruiting in light industrial capacity.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment.
• Demonstrated history of business development, cold calling, and building client portfolios preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills (HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred).
• Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Cold call 20–30 prospective customers daily, document all outreach activity and outcomes in HubSpot, and maintain accurate follow-up records
• Developing business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local businesses
• Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing our market share and profitability and achieving sales metrics
• Building and developing proposals and pricing models
