Responsibilities

Lead full life cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographies.
Source, screen, and present passive and active candidates.
Partner with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and fair assessment.
Cold call 20–30 prospective customers daily and document outcomes in HubSpot.
Develop business with strategic staffing accounts and local businesses.
Expand and retain customers, grow market share and profitability, meet sales metrics.
