AAP Staff in the United States is seeking a results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to drive both sales and recruitment. You will build client relationships, source top talent, and manage the end-to-end placement process in a fast-paced staffing firm.

This role offers base salary plus commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a growing company. Strong English/Spanish communication and ATS/CRM fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, staffing, or a related sales role.
• Proven ability to develop business and close deals.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit; manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems; ensure compliance with staffing laws.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
