Job summary

Grace Place Naples Park Early Learning Center seeks an experienced manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a full-day, full-year early childhood program serving about 90 children ages 1–4.

You will ensure high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, strong family partnerships, and fiscal sustainability, while guiding staff and coordinating enrollment, budgeting, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Must hold the DCF Florida Child Care Director Credential.
• 3–5 years managerial or leadership experience in ECE.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience in early childhood.
• Minimum of two years supervising in early childhood setting.
• Willing to complete DCF coursework for VPK Director Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Lead developmentally appropriate classroom environments and curriculum across all classes.
• Supervise ECE teachers and support staff with coaching and modeling strategies.
• Oversee enrollment, attendance, staffing, and safety to meet licensing standards.
• Manage volunteers and coordinate community engagement activities.
• Communicate regularly with families and provide screenings and progress updates.
• Lead data collection, program assessments, and continuous quality improvement.
