Qualifications

• Florida DCF Director Credential required.
• Minimum of three years managerial or leadership experience in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead developmentally appropriate classroom environment and curriculum for all classes.
• Oversee staff coaching and supervision of ECE teachers and support staff.
• Manage enrollment, attendance tracking, and staff scheduling to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with volunteers, communicate with families, and build family partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DCF standards and accreditation processes.
• Lead data collection and reporting for program improvement and outcomes.
