Sieve is seeking a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to own engineering and product hiring. You will source candidates via LinkedIn and the web, run screening calls, manage the Ashby pipeline, coordinate interviews, and close offers in close partnership with hiring managers.

This is an in-person role in San Francisco, demanding strong sourcing, fast execution, and a bias toward action. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, elite Ashby skills, and a track record of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (engineering focus).
• Elite Ashby experience - optimize workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong technical sourcing skills - find engineers on LinkedIn/GitHub/the web.
• Ability to screen technical candidates and provide meaningful feedback to hiring managers.
• Clear, direct communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset - bias towards action in a fast-growing startup.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting for engineering and product roles across Sieve.
• Source technical candidates via LinkedIn and web-based sourcing.
