Job summary

Jobtailor in Boston is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to own hiring across Engineering and Product, from sourcing to signed offers, with support from senior team members.

You will partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role and keep pipelines moving. You will source candidates directly rather than waiting on inbound and ensure Ashby data integrity for every requisition.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.
• Working knowledge of engineering skill sets across backend, frontend, full-stack, ML/AI, data, and DevOps.
• Some exposure to Product recruiting, or a clear hunger to build that muscle.
• Comfortable in an ATS (Ashby experience a plus, not required).
• A track record of sourcing outbound, not just running process on inbound.

• Comfortable in an ATS (Ashby experience a plus, not required)
