Job summary

Vatn Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for production, engineering, and other roles as needed. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process, and support onboarding logistics for new hires.

You will manage ATS administration, develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interview panels, and collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in technical/engineering or defense industries is a plus, not required.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday).
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for production, engineering and other roles.
• Manage requisition workload across multiple open roles with prioritization.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and must-have qualifications.
• Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and debriefs with teams.
• Support hiring for cleared positions and understand security clearance basics.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain ATS administration, data integrity, and candidate status updates.
