Job summary

Vatn Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for production, engineering, and other roles as needed. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process, and manage day-to-day administration of our ATS to keep data accurate.

You will also support onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, coordinate interview panels across time zones, and help develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Workday.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for production and engineering roles.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn and niche boards.
• Coordinate interview panels and debriefs with hiring teams.
• Manage ATS administration and data integrity.
• Support onboarding logistics to ensure smooth hires.
• Track recruiting KPIs and provide pipeline updates.
