Job summary

Zoox is seeking a versatile recruiter to run end-to-end hiring for core business teams and technical or on-the-ground operations. You will own the full-cycle process, source and evaluate candidates for hardware, engineering and fleet roles, schedule interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and manage offers.

This role requires 4+ years of recruiting experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever. Onsite in Foster City, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hardware, engineering and field operations.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to assess behavioral fit and role competencies.
• Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Able to learn new industries and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closure.
• Source candidates, review resumes, and evaluate fit for technical and behavioral roles.
• Coordinate interviews and drive hiring decisions with interviewers and leadership.
• Manage the offer process in partnership with stakeholders.
• Identify improvements to candidate experience and recruiting workflows.
