Job summary

Zoox is seeking a versatile recruiter to run end-to-end hiring for core business teams and technical or on-the-ground operations. You will own the full-cycle process, source and evaluate candidates for hardware, engineering and fleet roles, schedule interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and manage offers.

This role requires 4+ years of recruiting experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever. Onsite in Foster City, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hardware, engineering and field operations.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to assess behavioral fit and role competencies.
• Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Able to learn new industries and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Zoox is seeking a versatile recruiter to run end-to-end hiring and support both core business teams and technical or on-the-ground operations needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, with a strong focus on partnering closely with hiring managers and advocating for candidates
• Source candidates, review resumes, and evaluate candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Facilitate interview scheduling and the hiring decision process across interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
• Manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams to support candidate closure
• Independently identify and implement improvements to the candidate experience and the overall recruiting process

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing
• Ability to flex into technical recruiting, including recruiting for hardware, engineering, and on-the-ground operations roles (examples include manufacturing and fleet)
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to navigate the talent acquisition process and assess behavioral fit and role competencies
• Proficiency in direct sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing approaches (examples include Gem, portfolio platforms, and industry meetups)
• Aptitude for learning new industries, evolving technologies, and the diverse teams supported in the role
• Proven record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
