The role will be based out of Foster City, CA or San Diego, CA and involves building pipelines for engineering talent in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will qualify requirements, source and screen resumes, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet company priorities, leveraging partnerships with recruiters and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle sourcing experience.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen for technical and behavioral fit.
• Knowledge of tech industry and relevant skills and companies.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal communication across all levels.
