Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within HR or TA roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting including technical or specialized roles.
• Knowledge of employment law related to talent management and HR compliance.
• Experience in social media marketing (recruitment) and candidate sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across departments (technical, executive, campus, high-volume).
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, networking, and cold outreach.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess skills and culture-fit.
• Manage ATS/HRIS to maintain accurate candidate records and workflows.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding, orientation and development.
• Build relationships with external agencies, institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in recruiting activities.
