Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred; associates acceptable.
• 2–4 years of related experience or training highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Drafts detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with HR staff and department leaders.
• Identifies efficient recruitment methods based on position, industry standards and organizational needs.
• Assists with job postings and advertisement processes.
• Coordinates recruitment for all positions and maintains job files.
• Screens applications and identifies qualified candidates.
• Assists with interviews when needed.
• Performs receptionist duties for HR and handles routine inquiries professionally.
• Attends and hosts college/job fairs and tribal community events at least monthly.
• Cross-trains in all areas of the Human Resources Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
