ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle with a focus on recruiting, sourcing, and hiring qualified talent. The role partners with supervisors to build pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process across operations, maintenance, and administration.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and people-focused, capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in HR

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across diverse roles and levels.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate qualifications.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, and referrals; conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
