Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and post compelling job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Track candidate activity and hiring progress in HRIS.
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring positions.
• Develop recruiting strategies for production, operational, administrative, and professional roles.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Provide updates to HR and hiring managers on open roles and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
