Job summary

Central Neighborhood Hlth Fdn is seeking an Human Resource Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all locations, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding.

The role also supports HRIS data entry, onboarding administration, employee records, and compliance with applicable employment laws, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for all positions, posting openings, sourcing, screening resumes, phone screens, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
• Partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Sources candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and events to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintains candidate records in HRIS/ATS and communicates throughout the process.
