Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and sourcing.

• Experience moving into full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Partners with managers to identify needs, job specifications, and qualifications.
• Develops and implements recruiting strategies to attract top candidates and sell the company, function and role.
• Creates recruitment advertising and online postings.
• Sources candidates through online networks, job boards, referrals, vendors, and other sources.
• Assesses candidates for fit with the position, education, experience, and culture.
• Conducts interviews and evaluates factors relevant to selection.
• Communicates with HR Partners and managers post-interviews.
• Negotiates offers and maintains strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintains recruiting process records in Workday and ensures data integrity.
