Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a Recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to offers. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand recruiting needs and craft proactive strategies to deliver qualified hires.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, screening for fit, coordinating interviews, and driving a smooth offer process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and compliance across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and move into full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partners with managers to identify needs and qualifications for open positions.
• Develops recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Creates recruitment advertising and postings.
• Sources candidates via online networks, job boards, referrals, and other sources.
• Screens candidates for fit, experience, and culture.
• Conducts interviews and coordinates with HR Partners.
• Extends and negotiates offers; ensures candidate experience and compliance.
