Job summary

Impact Networking seeks a Talent Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, engage, assess, and hire talent for assigned business areas. You will own the process from intake through offer acceptance, delivering a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining strong ATS discipline.

You will build and maintain pipelines, screen candidates for fit, and advise teams on strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates for skills, motivation, and fit with the role.
• Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience throughout.
• Prepare interview context and next steps for hiring managers.
• Manage offer discussions with Talent Acquisition leadership and managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and activity data.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics.
• Develop knowledge of Impact units and market dynamics to improve recommendations.
• Represent Impact’s values and employer brand in conversations.
• Support process improvements in recruiting workflows and templates.
