Job summary

Accupac is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand needs and attract qualified candidates.

You’ll build pipelines using LinkedIn and referrals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers in collaboration with HR. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in TA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job approval through offer acceptance for roles up to Manager.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct screens against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and provide updates to hiring managers.
• Prepare offers in partnership with HR and managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and track metrics.
