Tradesmen International is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craftworker pipeline in Cincinnati. You will source, screen, and place tradespeople for construction clients, collaborating with Account Executives to fill orders quickly.

Requirements include prior recruiting experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting experience required, staffing/HR background preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience a plus (iCIMS).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build a steady pipeline of craftworkers.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments.
Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with project needs.
Maintain candidate records and lead lists to track skills and availability.
Drive craftworker retention through engagement and relationships.
Partner with Account Executives to align availability with client demand.
Monitor timelines and provide proactive availability updates.
Ensure candidates meet safety qualifications and training records.
Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed.
