Role purpose
Skilled Trades Recruiters, internally referred to as PCs, manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified Craftworkers. They evaluate hiring needs, determine when new recruits are required, and partner with Sales to maintain both an external candidate pipeline and a strong internal bench. Using available sourcing tools, PCs identify, engage, and qualify craft professionals at the speed and volume needed to meet local market demand.
PCs act as a shared company resource by filling priority orders through matching Craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to client needs across their assigned market and beyond. They use data-driven processes to support decision-making, follow established procedures, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and maintain a professional, consultative approach with both Craftworkers and clients. PCs also contribute to retention by building relationships, understanding availability, and ensuring clear communication with the Sales team, while supporting operational planning and fulfillment accuracy throughout the job lifecycle.
