All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the Augusta, GA branch with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance. The role emphasizes strong relationships, timely staffing, and data accuracy.

You will manage pre-employment checks, coordinate interviews and job fairs, and collaborate with regional HR teams to maintain up-to-date employment records; the position offers daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events, building community partnerships.
• Ensures HR compliance with policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Coordinates trainings and certs; audits employee files.
