All Ways Caring HomeCare in Concord, CA is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the office across administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance in an in-person role.

You will own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, building positive relationships with applicants and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate employment records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college courses or degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or HR experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Reliable, independent, with good judgement; passes pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and community events.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Improves candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Collaborates with regional TA and HR teams; maintains up-to-date records.
• Utilizes iCIMS and payroll/schedule systems for data entry and tracking.
• Coordinates required trainings and maintains employee files.
