American Training in Andover, MA is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our WOW! Magic culture. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, partnering with colleges, community organizations, and job fairs to build pipelines.

You will manage candidate experience, collaborate with managers, and track metrics using Paycom. We value energetic, people-focused teammates who thrive in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualificações

• Three years of recruiting experience required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates; partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs to build pipelines.
• Manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting the organization's mission and culture.
• Oversee applicant tracking in Paycom, provide timely updates to managers and candidates, and track recruiting metrics for reporting.
• Write and manage job postings; collaborate with Marketing on recruitment campaigns and referral programs.
