Job summary

Welch Equipment Company in Denver, Colorado is seeking a full-time Recruiter to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates across Colorado and neighboring states. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and build a strong candidate pipeline while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders, coordinate interviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full lifecycle recruiting role.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation and creative sourcing methodologies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of interviewing and employment laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the recruiting process across multiple states (CO/UT/NM/WY/MT).
• Post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a stocked pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Proactively communicate staffing needs to leadership and coordinate career fairs and recruiting events.
• Coordinate with Welch's marketing team for sourcing through social media.
