Qualifications

• Industry: 1 year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the process
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients
• Host job fairs and recruitment events
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance recruitment activities
