Job summary

Noom is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments. You’ll partner with hiring managers to run efficient searches, bring a thoughtful, data-driven approach, and continuously improve hiring outcomes in a fast-growing health-focused company.

You will use ATS tooling, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a superior candidate experience at every touchpoint, contributing to Noom’s mission and product-led growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and creative approaches to finding talent.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse; GoodTime a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and credibility with hiring partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the organization, from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Noom’s values at every touchpoint.
• Use data to drive decisions, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and refine processes.
