Audiohook is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of sales, marketing, creative, and GTM roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.

You will source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, conduct initial screens, schedule interviews, and maintain data in the ATS.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or creative roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple open roles.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

• Support employer branding and market compensation awareness.
