Job summary

Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, is seeking a G&A Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting for our NYC or SF offices. You will define hiring strategy with function leaders, build scalable sourcing engines, and set SLAs for every search.

• A full-cycle closer, from writing the job description to negotiating and signing the offer.
• Creative sourcer with a real network and the persistence to build one where it does not exist.
• Data-minded, tracking time to fill and source yield, and knowing how to unblock bottlenecks.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting.
• Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities to keep the top of funnel humming.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy for each function, including role scoping, leveling, sequencing of hires, and where to find the right talent.
• Define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs for every search, and build them from scratch where nothing exists yet.
• Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our mission and pace.
• Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, conversion dashboards, and channel ROI, and iterate quickly on what works.

As the first G&A Recruiter, you’ll be owning full-cycle hiring for our Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting teams. You'll work directly with each function's leaders to decide who to hire and then run the search from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting

Who You Are

• A full-cycle closer, from writing the job description to negotiating and signing the offer
• Creative sourcer with a real network and the persistence to build one where it does not exist
• Data and process minded, tracking time to fill and source yield, and knowing how to unblock bottlenecks
• High-agency and persuasive, comfortable being the first in the seat and setting up process, standards, and relationships from scratch while pushing for speed without sacrificing quality
• Experienced with AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows, and knows how to apply them to sourcing, outreach, and candidate evaluation

Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC or SF office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 to $215,000 (NYC and SF). Profound's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
