Job summary

PermitFlow seeks a recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for business and corporate roles. You will lead sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with leadership to meet hiring goals.

You will screen candidates, guide managers, and track metrics to continuously improve processes. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, with strong sourcing and proficiency in Ashby ATS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines and report metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across business and corporate roles.
• Lead sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates with speed and quality.
• Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with data-driven goals.
• Screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and manage timelines and SLAs.
• Report on recruiting metrics and drive improvements with leadership.
