• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching, and onboarding qualified candidates for client positions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through coaching, communication, and offer negotiation.
• Develop recruiting pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, events, partnerships, and referrals.
