Job summary

ABR Employment Services in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, coach for interviews, and negotiate offers to ensure a winning hiring experience.

You will develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, and networks, while partnering with local businesses to meet hiring needs and promote our mission of helping individuals and organizations succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching and placing qualified candidates.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining consistent communication, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.
• Develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with exceptional talent.
• Represent ABR in the community while promoting our mission of helping individuals and businesses succeed.
