Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience with knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM or ATS systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and positions.
• Meet with leadership and hiring managers on hiring priorities.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS tools, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS and maintain timely communication and movement.
• Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews and pre-employment steps.
• Track recruiting KPIs, hiring activity and progress toward goals.
• Maintain relationships with third-party recruiters and hiring partners.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and talent acquisition technologies.
