Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our on-site Deerfield team. This permanent role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong talent pipelines across the organization.

You will screen and interview candidates, advise on market trends, and help drive efficient hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work in Deerfield, IL is required, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High-volume recruiting experience (preferred).
• Corporate recruiting and talent acquisition experience (preferred).

• Support high-volume hiring efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
