Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an entry-level Recruiter to support university hiring teams during peak periods. This fully onsite role in Seattle, WA focuses on sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while following established processes under supervision.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in a high-volume sourcing.
  • Experience in a high-volume administrative role supporting offer processing, transfers, or similar employment transactions.
  • Knowledge of commonly used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform recruiting and administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail in handling candidate information, offers, and employee status changes.
  • Experience with recruiting and sourcing activities, including outreach and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, with exposure to full-cycle recruitment support.
  • Ability to work effectively under immediate supervision and report regularly to a supervisor or manager.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and hiring teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar talent acquisition support role.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clear documentation and records.
  • Interest in supporting university hiring programs and seasonal peak recruitment cycles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
