You will build partnerships with hospital leaders, design recruitment plans, screen candidates, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliant processes across the division.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners.
• Develops recruitment plans ensuring compliance with current standards.
• Acts as liaison with market leadership, candidates, and physicians.
• Manages candidate screening, interviews, references, and background checks.
• Negotiates contracts and creates physician spend proformas.
• Maintains candidate records, reports, and correspondence in systems.
• Coordinates site visits and housing options for physicians.
