The Physician Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, TN, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring physicians and advanced practice providers to support HCA Healthcare Physician Services’ growing network. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer facilitation, and onboarding support. The Physician Recruiter partners closely with practice leaders, hospital administrators, and human resources to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process. Daily activities include conducting outreach to potential candidates, maintaining recruitment pipelines and databases, attending networking events or residency program visits, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The position requires close collaboration, attention to detail, and consistent communication to meet staffing goals and support high-quality patient care delivery.
