Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of tax/wage laws, and benefits and leave requirements (FMLA, ADA, ACA).
• Professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll including status changes, tax updates, and direct deposits.
• Prepare month-end payroll reports, reconcile accounts, and process year-end reporting.
• Facilitate open enrollment and manage employee benefit programs.
