Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Human Resource Specialist to manage all HR procedures for the residential care program. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, records, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2+ years of HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Federal contract experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and compliance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum two years of previous practical experience in HR.
• Experience with Federal Government Contracts is preferred.
• Experience in human services fields or similar areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive.
